Terms and Conditions

Your Gift Card is subject to Terms and Conditions. A copy of the Cardholder Agreement is available here. The Terms and Conditions include a maintenance fee. Unless prohibited by law, a $2.50 fee will be deducted each month starting 12 months and 1 day after the card activation date, and on the date defined on the card back, your card account will expire and you will lose all rights in or to the card funds.

The MGM Resorts International Cards are subject to terms and conditions set forth on the MGM Resorts International Card and in an accompanying Card Agreement. Unless prohibited by law, a $2.50 fee will be deducted monthly from Card balance starting 1st day after 1 year of inactivity. Activity means any action resulting in a charge in Card balance, other than fee imposition, or adjustment due to error or prior transaction reversal. $5 fee to replace lost, stolen or damaged Card, except as prohibited by law. Additional terms are stated in Card Agreement. Purchase, acceptance or use of Card constitutes acceptance of Card Agreement. MGM Resorts International Cards are redeemable only at participating Merchants at participating MGM Resorts International Properties. MGM Resorts International Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash, credit or gaming activity. The maximum amount that can be loaded onto an MGM Resorts International Card is $2,500.
