* Outlets listed within each MGM Resorts International Las Vegas property site are locations where the Gift Card is currently not accepted. The Gift Card is accepted everywhere, apart from exceptions listed under each property, above.

The MGM Resorts International Cards are subject to terms and conditions set forth on the MGM Resorts International Card and in an accompanying Card Agreement. A $2.50 fee will be deducted from the MGM Resorts International Card balance each month starting 12 months and 1 day after the MGM Resorts International Card activation date. In addition, on the expiration date stated on the MGM Resorts International Card, the MGM Resorts International Card account will expire and the Cardholder will lose all rights in or to the funds on the MGM Resorts International Card. The fee for replacing a lost, stolen or damaged MGM Resorts International Card is $1.00. MGM Resorts International Cards are redeemable only at participating Merchants at participating MGM Resorts International Properties. For a list, visit: www.mgmmiragegiftcard.com. MGM Resorts International Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash, credit or gaming activity. MGM Resorts International Cards may not be used for advance hotel reservations, advance ticket sales or running open bar tabs. The maximum amount that can be loaded onto an MGM Resorts International Card is $2,500.
